Using our D53K ring rolling mill for precise radial-axial rolling, we ensure excellent concentricity, flatness, and dimensional accuracy. Materials include Q355NE, 42CrMo, and high-strength low-alloy steels, processed through normalizing + tempering or quenching and tempering (Q&T) to meet -40℃ low-temperature impact toughness requirements. With an integrated production line covering forging, heat treatment, machining, and inspection, all wind power flanges undergo ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), and full dimensional inspection, with complete material traceability. Leveraging advanced equipment and a skilled technical team, we deliver high-quality, reliable flanges for onshore and offshore wind power projects.
